False start
Gah. Don’t you *hate* it when you have a plan sorted out for the weekend, which then all falls over at the first opportunity.
In our case, this was getting the new mandatory cam, and the new springs installed into the Fiat engine in the race car. Should have been a mornings work, alas, Anna finally gets the cam delivered on Saturday morning.. to find it in pieces in the box.

It looks very remote for making the grid at Snetterton now.
The worrying thing is that there was no visible damage to the box, and since Anna posted up the problem to the 750 Formula site, somebody else chipped in that their cam had snapped as well, and somebody else found that this new cam was actually 3mm too big to put in their head(!). There are other cars with the new cam in and running, so it’s not a complete farce, but IMHO it doesn’t look very good.

The Cam manufacturer wasn’t available on Saturday, so we’ll see how this unfolds. Hopefully we’ll be able to get it back in the post to them ASAP.
The good news as far as crack testing the rest of the field is that the first race is at Snetterton, which has 2 very long straights. That should crack test the cams nicely..
